Update on ‘The Complaint’

The member left a message on the telephone answering machine asking that I phone her first thing on Monday which I did.

“The Medical Director of the Trust called me on Friday afternoon saying that he had received your letter.  He told me that he had written an emergency prescription that I could pick up at the local A&E Department and get an injection there and then.

“He also told me that he has spoken with the GP who stopped my injections.

“I cannot thank you enough”

A Result I think!
