On Friday the telephone calls returned.  However there were only three compared to the usual ten to twelve.  I couldn’t understand why so few but somebody told me it could be due to it being ‘black Friday’ when people who celebrate Christmas take advantage of discounted goods to buy presents for Christmas.

Anyway, the calls returned and one of these was a re-assuring call from a member whose injections had been stopped that week “because I am above the threshold”.  It was good to see that medical malpractice and ‘bad medicine’ is still an issue.  I thought at one point last week that this nonsense had stopped for good but, alas, that isn’t the case.
